CAM’s main vision for Billboard Evangelism is to make people stop and think about God, their relationship with Him, and eternity.
Many Americans call themselves Christians but do not follow Biblical principles. Others refuse to acknowledge that God exists. In 2023, CAM posted more than 1,600 Gospel messages across the United States to remind people of God and His truth. Most of these messages are posted on billboards along interstates and major highways. Many people call our toll-free number daily, searching for answers about God, the Bible, and life issues. More than 90,000 calls were logged in 2023. Of these callers, some listened to recorded messages, and others spoke to a phone team member.

The Impact of Gospel Billboards
This summer and fall we are posting a special billboard message: Christians and Politics: What does Jesus say? We have two goals for this project:

Your most important contribution to Billboard Evangelism is prayer. We need your prayers because . . . “we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (Ephesians 6:12).
More than 5,500 phones ring when a billboard evangelism prayer alert is broadcasted. CAM sends out these prayer alerts about once a week to let people know about urgent needs of a person who called the billboard number. Some prayer warriors will let the alert go to their voice mailbox, while others will stop what they’re doing and listen to it immediately. Each prayer alert recording is approximately one minute long, giving prayer warriors adequate information about a caller’s need.

Questions callers ask and how our phone team responds to them. Some audio clips from actual billboard calls and/or voicemails.
