Biblical teaching material is in great demand in many parts of the world. CAM responds to this need through the Seed of Truth and Antorcha de la Verdad (Torch of Truth) magazines. Recipients are often encouraged and glean a better understanding of the Bible as they read these magazines. 

Both magazines are written by conservative Anabaptists and include articles and stories for children, youth, and adults. They are printed in 11 languages and distributed in 85 countries. In 2024, supporters provided 1.7 million Seed of Truth magazines, 1.3 million Antorcha de la Verdad magazines, and 10.4 million Christian family magazines for restricted countries.
