Syria’s future is full of questions. In December, the country’s long-standing government was overthrown. Rebel forces took control, abruptly ending 13 years of civil war. Left in a new and uncertain era of leadership is a broken country with widespread needs: displacement, economic ruin, and destroyed infrastructure.
During this time of change and uncertainty, we continue supporting contacts across Syria who are distributing practical items like food parcels with the goal of sowing the hope of the Gospel. “Only this,” shared one partner, “can and will change Syria for the better.”
