Many families in cold-climate countries like Ukraine face winter without sufficient shelter, exposing them to low temperatures and bitter winds. Sometimes our staff members encounter a handicapped person living alone in deplorable
conditions or an elderly woman calling a collapsing house “home.” This program helps provide a more stable, secure house. Funds may be used toward purchasing, building, or repairing a house.
