Families in cold-climate countries often face winter without sufficient shelter, exposing them to low temperatures and bitter winds. Sometimes our staff members encounter a handicapped person living alone in deplorable conditions or an elderly woman calling a collapsing house “home.” This program helps provide stable, secure houses for people in need. Funds may be used toward purchasing, building, or repairing a house.
