Showing Love Amidst War and Disaster

It’s heartrending when your loved ones are killed in wars or your home collapses in an earthquake. But in the middle of conflict and natural disasters in various countries, people feel God’s goodness through rebuilding, food, medicine, and Christian literature that points them to Jesus.

IC Bangladesh
The Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh were forced out of Myanmar by other people groups. Hassan* is a Rohingya baby that came to a CAM-sponsored clinic in Bangladesh. He was a month and a half old preemie weighing only 3 pounds. This tiny baby was surviving on a sugary oatmeal drink, but after being started on infant formula, he began to thrive.

Yemen has been locked in civil war since 2015. This year, the United States and Israel launched airstrikes against the Houthis, a military group that controls part of Yemen. The conflict forces Yemenis from their homes and pushes them toward starvation. Food, hygiene kits, water collection systems, and other aid
are in high demand!
