A school girl in the Middle East.

A Christian School for Deema

When Fadia’s* husband died, she and her daughter were forced to move in with relatives. Fadia prioritized a Christian education for her eighth-grade daughter Deema, but their monthly income was insufficient, and she found herself in debt. Christians make up a small minority in her country, and Fadia knew that if her daughter attended government schools, she would face ridicule from her fellow students and pressure to change her religion. Thanks to support from CAM’s Middle East Ministries program, Fadia received tuition assistance, and Deema was able to stay in a Christian school.

With your help, approximately 275 other students in Deema’s country escaped the pressures of government schools in 2025. Our Christian contact in this part of the world was once on the verge of being radicalized and drawn away from his family’s Christian faith due to the school environment he was in. As a man who has personally experienced the pressures of government education, he has a strong passion to rescue children from this spiritually detrimental environment. Thank you for making this work possible!
