Children from the rural community of Los Cajones, Nicaragua, look on as their families receive clothing bundles at a recent CAM distribution. Along with clothing, each family also received several pairs of Skechers rubber shoes, a school kit, a Bible story book, and a copy of the Antorcha de la Verdad magazine.
Life is a continual struggle for the majority of people in Nicaragua. With most of the population living on $2–$3 a day, providing basic items such as clothing and footwear demands resources that many parents don’t have. A bag of quality used clothes is a blessing for these families.
Each year CAM receives thousands of pounds of donated clothes, comforters, and footwear. We ship these items to various countries. $69 processes, ships, and distributes approximately 115 pounds. If you would like to help get these items from our warehouse to needy people, please choose from the options below.
