“Like a Starving Person”

Do you ever have a real craving for spiritual food? Elena from Finland says she anticipates the Seed of Truth magazine “like a starving person longs for nutritional food.” Elena lives far from a church where she can hear God’s Word preached. This monthly magazine is an important part of her spiritual diet.

Hundreds of thousands of copies are distributed every year in Romania, Ukraine, Australia, Poland, Nigeria, and many other countries. In addition, millions of copies of a condensed version of the Seed of Truth go to countries where access to God’s Word is restricted and even illegal. With its sound diet of Bible-based teaching, the magazine impacts people of many nations, tribes, and tongues.

What is it that people appreciate so much about the Seed of Truth magazine?

Parents like Cristian and his wife from Romania received direction for child training in the parents’ section. In fact, they said the magazine was their main source of Bible-based counsel to help guide them through the years of child training.

Younger ones relish the stories in the children and youth sections. Some parents say their children have trouble agreeing who gets to read the magazine first.

Church leaders value the articles in the teaching section. Articles like Sermons That Feed the Soul and Seven Virtues of Those Who are Salt and Light provide new inspiration for their sermons.

Thank you, supporters, for helping sow spiritual seeds in many places around the world, feeding many starving souls. We commit the growth of these seeds to God, the One who is able to give the increase.

“And it shall be with him, and he shall read therein all the days of his life: that he may learn to fear the LORD his God, to keep all the words of this law and these statutes, to do them.” —Deuteronomy 17:19

A Reminder of Years Gone By

Stephan from Romania has read the Seed of Truth for years but received extra inspiration from the February 2017 issue. “Those beautiful horses [on the cover] reminded me of my childhood days,” stated Stephan. He requested 300 copies of this particular magazine to evangelize his hometown. He went from house to house telling his comrades, “Look at this picture of the beautiful horses. Doesn’t it remind you of the good old days? The content of this magazine is a message from God just for you!”
