COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Crisis Care Project - See Current Needs

As springtime arrives and new life bursts forth, we are reminded of the new life and hope we can find in Jesus. Not far from our base in Jerusalem is the place where Jesus was buried and then resurrected three days later.

Through the Middle East Ministries program, our staff has the opportunity to share Christ’s hope with those who struggle physically and spiritually. They distribute food parcels, self-help resources, wheelchairs, and other aid to believers and unbelievers in Israel and the Palestinian territories.

Fourteen-year-old Mustafa* is a shy, sweet lad who received a wheelchair from CAM. He had outgrown his worn-out wheelchair and would mostly get around by crawling. When CAM staff arrived to deliver his wheelchair, Mustafa met them at the door, offering his hand to greet each one from his seat on the cold floor. He could not hide his smile when he was lifted into his new wheelchair. It will be much more comfortable for him to move around now, especially when he goes to school.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead” (1 Peter 1:3).
