People from the Giriftu village in Ethiopia used to get water from this pond. Animals also drink here, evident by the tracks left behind.
When our staff member visited, he walked a mile to the pond with these men. The nationals drank water from this muddy pond before walking home.
Thanks to CAM supporters, a pump was installed in this village. Now they have fresh, clean water to drink.
