Large amounts of clothing are donated to CAM each year and there are significant costs involved in getting all the items to their destination. This program ships donated clothing to many parts of the world.
These funds also ship other items including footwear, fabric, and thousands of comforters provided by our supporters. All donated items are sorted by volunteers and staff at our clothing centers in various states. In some cases, funds are used to purchase clothing, shoes, and blankets to meet specific needs.
Every gift of $69 processes, ships, and distributes approximately 115 pounds of clothing, footwear, and comforters.
