For more than a decade, Syria’s civil war wrecked the economy and the lives of millions of people. Around 6.5 million Syrians have been displaced, as reported by the UN Refugee Agency. Many refugees struggle to find jobs or ways to support themselves. Although the conflict has mostly settled down, millions of refugees remain in desperate need of food and other necessities. This program enables CAM to provide food items for displaced people living in Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, and Turkey.
