This program provides free, fresh milk for needy orphanages, hospitals, and families in Romania. Many Romanian families cannot afford to buy milk, and keeping a family cow is becoming increasingly difficult. Large farms are plowing much of the pastureland in some communities, leaving insufficient grazing land for animals.
Each week, Christian workers drive to Romanian villages to deliver milk to more than 1,500 people. The weekly deliveries pave the way to build relationships with some of Romania’s most vulnerable. Some of the elderly sit outside in anticipation for the visit and delivered milk.
