CAM receives thousands of cozy, handmade comforters from sewing groups and individuals each year. These comforters are in high demand around the world and help bring warmth and cheer to those in need. More than 100,000 comforters could be used each year! Although comforters are donated, funds are needed to ship them to their final destinations.

Where do these comforters go?

A large portion of these comforters are sent to countries in Eastern Europe where people struggle to properly heat their homes during the winter. Others are distributed in refugee camps and in warm-climate places where people sometimes use them as soft mats for beds.
